The Philharmonic Winds

Fabian Lim is a well regarded multi-reed instrumentalist in the Singapore music industry. A graduate from Berklee College of Music, majoring in the saxophone, Fabian has performed for numerous luminaries including Sandy Lam, Dick Lee and A-Mei. Well adapted to a wide variety of musical styles, Fabian is heavily involved in many genres of music. Theatre and musicals experiences include Dim Sum Dollies, Cabaret and Guys N’Dolls. In Fabian’s 2006’s performance with the New Festival Orchestra, his “deeply satisfying saxophone tone and comfort in both John Williams’ jazz and classical idioms was an absolute delight, steadfastly leading his way through the work as if he’d been playing forever”.
